I grasp reality as it slowly began to change. Every second of what it is now will be nothing but a memory. I knew nothing but solitude and I am content with what it is now. I may want to change but trying is pointless because no matter how hard I try the circumstances never change. Each second that past feels like a century. I want to feel brightness in my heart and float above the water.
I slowly blinked as I started to gain consciousness. 'I might've fallen asleep in class ' As I turn to my right I see a person whom was leaning on her desk as she stared outside the window with the feeling of regret. Curious as I was I took a glance and saw a spectacular sunset. "I want to see the colors of this world and see the light behind it" I heard her mumbling to herself. As her eyes wondered I could hear the sorrow in her voice.
She slowly turned her head to my direction. Startled as she was she tripped and fell on the floor. She then stared at me with this look on her face "You didn't hear that, did you?" We both stared at each other of what seemed like an eternity until she decided to face the door and make a run for it.
