Glancing around, you can tell that this Elijah guy definitely wasn't living a hard life. He literally had a waiting room for his guests... Would you even call them guests? You thought to yourself. Clients, perhaps? He's retired though, isn't he?

You decide to stop thinking so hard, it was making you confused. You didn't get enough sleep to be able to understand your own shenanigans.

The android girl moves to stand formally in front of them, her hands held in front of herself. "I'll let Elijah know you're here. But please, make yourself comfortable." With that, she wanders off and through another door to who knows where.

"Ah, okay..." You mutter to yourself. The first thing that catches your eye as you look around is the obnoxiously large self-portrait of the man himself, Elijah Kamski. You scoff. "Really? In your own home?" Hank follows your gaze and simply shakes his head. He then takes a seat on a red chair closest to the left wall.

"Nice girl..." He says awkwardly.

"Uh huh, sure." You shrug and stay standing. Looking over all the expensive decorations throughout the room.

"You're right," Connor says. "She's really pretty."

You can't help the jolt in your chest at Connors words. You have no reason to be jealous, obviously. She is pretty and Connor might not mean it in a romantic kind of way but- Hold up. You shut down the feelings you're having fast. This can't happen, not today, not right now.

"Yeah..." You roll your eyes. "So pretty."

You aren't looking, but you can hear the smirk in Hanks' voice when he speaks. "What's wrong, Y/n?" This gets Connors attention, he looks between Hank and yourself.

"Nothing..." You say, pouting and crossing your arms. Your ears tinged a dark red.

"Is that right?" Hank asks teasingly. "You aren't jealous that Connor called-"

You quickly cut the old man off. "Right!" You exclaim. "You can shut up now, Hank." Connor's face only shows confusion at your conversation and you felt your neck get hot.

"What? Don't want Connor to hear?" He snickers at your annoyed face. You glare at him, giving him a dangerous look.

"I don't understand?" Connor asks slowly. "Should I be able to understand?" His voice is innocent and confused and you couldn't help but think wow he's so cute.

"Don't worry about it, Conny. Hanky-poo over here's just being a douche bag." You continue to glare at Hank, making sure he shuts up. You then clear your throat, changing the subject swiftly. "You're about to meet your maker, Conner. How does it feel?"

Connor, thankfully, goes along with your subject change. "Kamski is one of the great geniuses of the twenty-first century." He nods. "It'll be interesting to meet him in person."

"Sometimes I wish I could meet my creator face to face..." Hank grumbles out. "I'd have a couple of things I'd want to tell him." You've heard that one before. Hank, without a doubt, wasn't a big fan of his father.

After a few minutes of bickering, the blonde android emerges from the door she had left from. "Elijah will see you now."

You all filed through the doorway into a large room with a red pool in the centre. There were three bodies in the pool, two identical to the blonde android who greeted you all at the door, but in swimsuits, and the third you presumed was Kamski.

"Mister Kamski?" Hank called out.

"Just a moment, please." He replied. Taking his time diving and swimming under the water back and forth a few times, before making his way over to the four of you. You look around again, admiring the view of the landscape past the large glass window on the far side of the pool.
