More than you know

You take her to a place she don’t want to go

She’ll rebel.

You take her to see a part of her she don’t want to know,

She’ll turn insane.

The teenage mind is such a delicate place,

Forever to be known by the human race

So when you mess with the balance of her child-like mind,

Your bound to be met by her dangerous side.

She lost her soul oh so long ago,

Longer than that her ‘Parents’ know

You see the child who was once there,

Is nothing but empty and bare.

Her body no longer controlled,

By that god-damn holy soul.

So she sits here all day writing in tears,

Always confronting their deadly fears.

Dark poetry is all she knows,

As it softens the blows to her once dead heart.

So run for the hills and hide all in sight,

Cause the look of her eyes can give a deadly fright.

Friendly exterior,

Dark interior.
