A Leopard's World: A Miraculous Ladybug OC story

Magical Meeting

Hey, y'all! My name is Star Drew! I have tannish skin and blonde short wavy hair. I have brown eyes and I wear a pink top with a black star and black jeans and brown boots. I have a dark brown backpack as usual and yup!

I left my room, muttering about how excited I was to see Skylar McCann, my best friend and also Tabitha Stevenson. I waddle down the stairs and get to breakfast. Dad is making breakfast (got a problem with it?) while Mom cleaned up.  This was the norm.

"What's for breakfast, Dad?"

"Bacon and eggs with a two slices of toast!"

"Yum!" I grin as I rub my belly which causes laughter to fill the room at my childishness. I wink at Dad as he dishes up and he chuckles. I get a glass of orange juice then I thank him and eat. On the news, Cat Noir and Ladybug had saved someone...

"Wish I could be a superhero, even if for a day!" I grumble as Mom raises an eyebrow. "Really? Then you'd save me from my boss's wrath! I'm late!" She takes her purse and leaves, Dad trailing after her. I am not alone, though.

My younger sister, Savage Lion. Or as Mom, Dad or any other person calls her, Caramel. Her real name is Cara, but some idiot added "Mel" after it. Cara has brown hair and the same skin tone as me. She usually wears a light brown pair of sandals, a skirt in orange and white T-shirt and black jacket. Cara has brown eyes too.

Cara comes down the stairs, on the phone as she giggles with some friends. "Oh, ya, he is pretty cute! Oh, uh, I have to go. See you at school!" I blink at her. Then I smirk. "You know, Caramel, you could just bring home the grandchildren for Nessa and Dave."

Yes, we secretly call our parents by name. Sorry if it is a crime. "U-uh, n-no! It's not what you think it is!" "I think you have a crush." Suddenly, her expression turns angry. "Hey, I don't have a crush on him! You don't even know who he is, so stay outta my business!" She storms off to school as I shrug and go too. I can't be late on the first day.

As I walked, I saw a thief about to whack an old man. I gasp silently and run towards them and I grab the thief's neck and it cracks slightly. I swing over it and deliver a kick at the jaw and one punch which sends him running. The old man looks at me and says, "Thank you, dear. I wouldn't be here if it weren't for you meddling kid."

I chuckle at the phrase. While I checked the time, I didn't notice him slip in a black box with red designs.

I reached school a while after... I see a student smiling at me. I wave her over and she runs. "Hey, Sky!" I greet her. She had a pale blue mop of hair and darker blue eyes. She wore a red Hawaiian shirt with white flowers and light brown jeans plus white sneakers.  She kinda dresses like that old man.

"Hey, Skylar!" I smile at her bashfully as another girl jogs up to us. She had black long hair and grey eyes. She wore a black mini skirt and sparkly top, with a pink jacket over and black boots.

"Tab!" I yell as she tackles me. "Hey, mate!" She smiles. "What about me?!" Sky frowns. "Hey, we already saw you! Anyway, I'm so excited! This is another year our friendship has been ALIVE!" She smirks.

"Yeah,  it has been 13 years!" I sigh.  The girls nod and honestly, we are proud of ourselves! The bell rings and we all go into the prison house, ready to get our brains worn out.

During Ms Mandeleive's class...

I was listening to her talking about.... Stuff I don't know about..

"... So the symbol for potassium is.... Star?" She asked. "K." "Good! Adrien, give me at least ONE element on the periodic table."

"Magnesium." "Yes. So, for homework ----" "EVACUATE THE STUDENTS! IMMEDIATELY! THERE IS AN AKUMA!" Mr Damocles yelled. I gasped and we all ran out to hide. "Wow, I wonder who got akumatised..." I whispered to Sky who nodded. Tabitha gulped.

"CRAP, RUN!" She screamed as the akuma began chasing us. It kinda looked like someone or what I know...

"W-wait, is that akuma Lycanroc?!" I asked. "Wow, someone is obsessed with Pokémon. And ya, it is Lycanroc Midnight Form, I guess! Maybe the person is in love with Pokémon, especially that and... Transformed?"

"Ugh, couldn't it at least be Eevee?" "Shut up, Tabitha!" We all ran and got tired. I checked my bag frantically for anything that might help and I saw a hexagonal black box with red designs. "Wha...." I whispered and I had a feeling I shouldn't show anyone this box...

"Girls, I will go and look for help! You stay here!" I told them as they nodded in fear. I ran off and into the bathroom.  I opened the box and saw a gold arm band. I blinked at it and all of a sudden, a bright yellow light almost blinded me.

"Aah!" Then what was left was a small creature with a large head. It was like a leopard....

"What the hell are you?!" I screamed as I threw toilet paper at it. It dodged.

"Whaaa... The..... Actual.... Bleh.... :O!" The creature glared at me.  "Before ya eat me, let's talk a bit! I am Mika and I am your kwami. A kwami is what Ladybug and Cat Noir have. That arm band is your Miraculous. Put it on and don't tell anyone about it! When you change into civilian form, take it off so nobody suspects anything!"

I glared. "Who said I was OK with all of this?!" The creature --- Mika seemed taken back as she went back a bit, intimidated. She tried to explain anyway.  "Star, you are the chosen one! By Master Fu, the great guardian of the miraculous!"

I sighed. I can't be a superhero like Ladybug or Cat Noir! They are cool and don't need extra help anyway!

"I am sorry, but I am not cut out for this!" Mika gave me a sad look and said, "OK, but I hope you change your mind. For now please won't you go help with the akuma?" I frowned. I then thought about what a superhero might say to get this creature away. I held up the arm band and said,

"Mika, I renounce you." (Thanks, Hawkmoth) Mika got sucked into the arm band and I put it back into the box. I sighed and went back to the girls. But midway I saw the akuma grabbing them and running off. I gasped.

"Fine, Mika. I'm convinced." I went back into the bathroom and there, I let Mika out as she didn't say a word.

"Well, how do I transform?" I asked. She gave me a look and said, "Mika, it's roaring time." She whispered that and I felt sad and hurt. I guess I hurt her feelings at the beginning. I will apologize later, now I gotta rescue my friends and all those people!

"Mika, it's roaring time....?" I said insecurely. "Whoa!"
