There are many different triggers that might help someone regress. I put them into different sections, separating my personal experiences from others I had seen on the internet. It's important to remember that everybody is different and these might not work for everyone. These are a few of my triggers;

1. Being called cutesy names.
- For example: baby boy, cutie pie, kitten, kitty, prince, little one, little boy, etc...

This one is super effective for me! Literally nothing makes me regress more then when my caregiver calls me "little one". It also makes my heart swoon with happiness.

2. Eating "little meals" or "little snacks".
- For example (For meals): PB+J usually cut into small triangles, KD, fries and nuggets, etc...
-For example (For snacks): Bear paws, animal crackers, gummies, candy, etc...

This one is effective too but not as effective. Personally, I'm picky when I'm regressed and also when I'm not regressed.

3. Being helped or told what to do.
- For example: "You can't do that, you're too little.", "Let daddy help you with that.", "It's bedtime now.", etc...

Now, I would semi call myself a brat. I think my caregiver would agree if I say I don't always listen. I always put on that I hate bedtimes, etc. But secretly I love being told it's time or when he helps me.

4. Spelling and counting.
- For example: "How old are you baby? Can you count to that for me?", when I need help spelling things out I'll ask, etc...

This one is similar to 3, but sometimes when I am counting while little I forget some things and asking my caregiver and having his help always makes me feel small.

5. Strong emotions (usually negative).
- For example: Sleepy, sad, sick, etc...

Whenever I feel most vulnerable, like when I'm sick or sad, I feel very little and I constantly feel like being cuddled and taken care of. The only issue if this was my trigger that caused me to regress I tend to be extra clingy, cuddly, whiney, bratty, etc...

6. Certain clothes.
- For example: Huge hoodies or t-shirt, long thigh-highs or knee-highs

Actually, that's my favourite outfit. Ever. It's so comfy, I'll wear that and cuddle up in my blankie, get my paci and watch paw patrol until my caregiver gets home. Bam, instantly little.

There is no doubt that there are other triggers of mine, but they are all very common ones like cuddling stuffies, using my paci, etc but I thought we'd maybe start looking at other triggers for other littles. As I was googling other triggers for other people I decided maybe I would give my opinion like I did up above with my own. ^^
Here's some I got off the internet:

1. Talking to other littles.

So, I have a very small group of littles that I really know, but I know viewing agere videos on YouTube etc is always fun, I wouldn't say that personally it puts me into it but it's always fun to watch and learn from other littles and their life. Age regression diys are so cool too!

Honestly I couldn't find anything else. Now i have a question for you! What are your triggers? Add them into the comments and I'll add them here along with a comment from me, that is if you want too!
