These are trying times! I receive messages often asking for self care tips, etc... So I thought why not make a chapter! 

1. This one might seem icky to some little ones, but taking a nap can be really helpful! It's proven too increase relaxation and alertness. Along with improving mood, reaction time, and memory.

2. Listen to some music. Music is proven to increase healthy blood flow and dopamine production! 

3. Do a home project. This has been proven to increase problem-solving skills, as well as decreasing stress levels.

4. Read a good book. Reading strengthens your brain and increases empathy, builds vocabulary, and prevents cognitive decline.

5. Try creating a new recipe. Making new recipes and trying new foods open your brain to new textures and profiles.
