after the unfortunate incident of all their houses collapsing in the aftershock of the earthquake and salvaging everything they can salvage from the ruins of their ruined homes, the children's parents decided that it was time to take a break from all the bullshit and enjoy their lives. afterall, they're not young anymore, and life is short, no one knows what will happen tomorrow, or the next hour, or the next minute. they could be eating one second then choking and dying just because of a fishbone the very next. look at the poor manobans, won all that money from the lottery, deposited it all in the bank under their daughter's name and then died the very next day, leaving their daughter lisa, bless her bangs, rich but all alone in this lonely world, how so very tragic. lisa's parents did not choke on some fishbones, they died from a car accident. but the point is, we never know what could happen in the future, another earthquake could struck and they may not all survive it the next time. also another point is that lisa has so much money, she gifted all her childhood friends' parents with a one year all expenses paid around the world luxury cruise. they will visit all seven continents, dine on the 5 star buffet restaurant aboard the luxury cruise ship, sleep on the silk covered bed in their vip suites all for free. what better way to spend their time while waiting for their houses to be rebuilt?

the parents all up and packed their things and their children's things, gathered their children, informed them of their plan to enjoy life before choking on some fishbones, put them all in the van and dropped them off somewhere and left them there with a brief "we'll see you all next year make sure to study hard".

and now they're all standing in front of a house.

"what's happening? why did our parents abandon us?" chaeng wailed. "are we orphans now? is this an orphanage?"

they all eyed the house.

"it's not an orphanage." jennie told her, eyeing the house in distaste as if it offended her for some reason. "there's no way it's an orphanage."

"h-how do you know?" chaeng said, still crying.

"if you'll wipe the tears from your eyes, you'll be able to see that there's a sign that says it's a crackhouse, not an orphanage." jennie explained.

"c-crackhouse?" chaeng's voice cracked, she wiped the tears to look at the sign.

"it does say crackhouse on the sign." jisoo said joining their conversation. "but you never know, crack could mean 'children requires a caring kommunity' and that sounds very orphanage to me."

chaeng started crying again.

"i'm telling you guys, this isn't an orphanage and we are not orphans!" jennie insisted. "our parents are alive."

lisa coughed.

"no offense intended." jennie added.

"but jisoo is right! crack could mean children requires a caring kommunity and that really sounds like it's an orphanage!" chaeng sobbed.

"how do you know it's not an orphanage?" lisa asked jennie.

"i know because if i'm a childless barren parent looking to adopt, i will never consider adopting from a place called fucking 'crackhouse'. and besides, community is spelled with a 'c' not a 'k'."

"i wonder why it's named crackhouse." jisoo muttered.

"maybe it's full of cracks." jimin guessed.

"or maybe the owner likes cracking jokes and we're not allowed to enter unless we crack a good one." tae guessed too.

"or maybe the owner is a drug dealer and this is a drug den!" lisa exclaimed. "wow, i've never been to a drug den before, is it usually this pink?" she squinted. "my eyes are hurting."
