We arrive at the interrogation room. I would never have guessed that this peaceful place has a room to be violent in, but seeing as they are preparing for a war, I guess this is the least deadly thing they have.

The twins, Adara and I are on the same side of a one-way mirror where we have a table full of food, comfy chairs and a fridge with all sorts of things inside. Apparently, interrogation takes a while and the queen will not settle for less, which I admire.

The room on the other side only has two tables, one with a chair on the one side and the other is against the wall with weapons and a syringe with green fluid.

Spiral enters with Viggo. Neither of them seems happy. Viggo heads to the weapons table as Spiral walks directly towards the young man.

"Let's start with an easy question. What is your name?" Spiral says leaning with both hands on the table.

The young man looks up at her and says, "I only want to talk to Madeline."

Viggo's back tenses up showing defenition through his white shirt, he turns his head away from the weapons table and shifts his gaze from the man to us then back at the man. He does not seem happy with this request, neither do the twins nor the queen.

Spiral continues, "Why? And how do you know her?"

The man only shrugs and looks at the mirror knowing that I am there. Spiral looks back at Viggo. He looks like he is about to throw a hammer at his head.

"Go get her," she says. Viggo looks at Spiral trying to establish whether he heard her correctly. "You heard me, go."

Viggo grunts and leaves the room to come get me. He didn't say a word.

As I enter the interrogation room, Spiral waves Viggo away to tell him to wait in the other room.

He seems to have had other ideas but seeing as Spiral is the General, he obeys.

I make my way over to the young man. He looks up at me from the table. A smile begins to grow on his face.

"Madeline, I'm so glad to see that you are alright," he says with a smile.

"Do I know you?" I ask him.

He clearly did not think I would respond in this way as his smile slightly dimmed.

"You should. We were neighbours in the Division, only I had to move away because of construction problems in that house. It's me, Andrew."

The name immediately comes back to me. He was my first conversation besides Kate and also my study partner when his Educator was sick.

"Why are you here?" I ask purely out of curiosity.

"Well, I also heard the screaming and went to check on whatever was happening. I was making my way to the room I thought it was coming from but then I say the other guy kick in the door. I waited and saw you guys running down the stairs, so I took the elevator. I ran outside once I reached the bottom and saw the helicopter fly away. I decided to follow it and here I am." Spiral and I exchange looks.

"How do we know that you are telling the truth," she asks. Andrew just looks at her with one raised eyebrow as if suggesting that the question was ridiculous.

Viggo speaks over the intercom, "Spiral, the truth serum is on the table."

I look over to the table as Spiral takes the syringe with the green fluid and moves over to Andrew. Andrew just looks at her as she inserts the serum, not flinching at all.

"Now we wait until his pupils dilate, then we know it kicked in." I watch him as he follows Spiral with his eyes and a slight grin on his face.

"I think he has a liking towards Spiral," I hear Roman say in my head.

"No, he wouldn't be that stupid," Norman says while we keep an eye on Andrew's eyes.

His pupils dilate and Spiral immediately asks him a question.

"Who are you?" she asks as she leans on the table.

"My name is Andrew and you are beautiful."

Norman and Roman let out a snicker but I struggle to contain my laughter. Spiral looks taken back and leaves the room not knowing what the right response is towards that remark, leaving me alone with him.

I approach Andrew, "Why are you here?" He looks at me and thinks over the question.

"I wanted to make sure that you are alright," he says with real concern in his eyes. "I had a crush on you since the day I saw you, but we grew apart and I decided to just move on, so when I saw you in line today I knew I had to keep an eye on you."

Roman suddenly says, "You should get this guy away from this topic. I think Viggo is going to break the one-way glass."

"I think we should untie our new guest. He can stay with Viggo until we have his room ready," the queen says over the intercom.

I am not in the same room as them, but I have a feeling that Viggo is not too pleased by this decision.

We make our way back to our homes. The stars are very bright here and it is a full moon tonight. The twins live across the pathway from me, Viggo and Andrew live downstream from me and Spiral lives downstream from them.

Andrew tries to talk to Spiral the whole way to the homes but the most he gets out of her is a grunt or two. The twins enjoy his attempts at flirting with, probably the scariest woman in The Bow, the Commander of all people.

Viggo and I walk in silence. He opens his door to his home and tells Andrew where he can sleep and that he will be right back after escorting me to my room.

At my door Viggo stops and I turn to him.

"Sorry for my behaviour today. I just don't want anything to happen to you. You are the key to the mission that I've been training so long and hard for and I will not let some casualty ruin my hard work," he says as he looks me in the eyes.

"If you don't want me to get hurt, then maybe we should get me to training?" I say jokingly.

His face lights up as if this was the most brilliant thing he has ever heard.

"We start tomorrow at nine. I will come get you. Goodnight." He turns and leaves.
