CRASH! I look around panicked. I look at my surroundings, the only thing in my eyesight is blue.
Water.
How did I get here?
Where am I?
"CASSANDRA!" I hear someone yell off in the distance.
"Hello? Who's there?" I yell back, still looking around panicked.
"Cassandra it's me! Wake up!"
"What?" I ask confused.
What does she mean wake up? I am awake. Right? I feel awake.
"I am awake!" I call back.
SLAP! All of the sudden I feel a stinging sensation on my cheek. I wake up suddenly. My hand immediately raising to my stinging cheek.
"Why did you do that?!" I yell annoyed.
"You wouldn't wake up," My annoying little brother shrugs.
I looked over at the clock and see it's 7:30 AM,
"Remind me exactly why I have to be awake right now."
"We are going to the beach!" My brother yells enthusiastically.
"Kaleb, it's 7:30 AM," I groan, clearly annoyed.
"Exactly, I wanna be the first on the beach so we can hit the best waves."
"Get out of my room," I groan.
Kaleb leaves and I start getting dressed. I walk out the door and meet Kaleb downstairs. Kaleb looks up from his phone and we walk out the door together.
