I heard the door open and then close. Footsteps echoed in the apartment as Min came towards my room.

"How's he doing?" She asked or rather yawned.

"His fevers come down a bit. It was higher before."

"Get some rest. It's like 2 o'clock in the morning. I'll take over." She sounded tired. I couldn't do that to her. Min's the type of girl that becomes a cranky bear if she doesn't get enough sleep. I don't want to face the consequences first thing in the morning.

"No. It's fine, Min. I'm not going to be able to sleep now anyways so there's no point. You go to bed. I keep an eye on him."

"But..."

"But nothing. Look I don't have to go anywhere with VIXX tomorrow. It's a free day. I can spend most of it sleeping." I smiled gently.

"OK. If you're sure. Do you want me to make you a coffee before I sleep?" I shook my head and smiled. Even though she had closed my door, I could still hear her clattering around. I heard a door close about 10 minutes later and the gentle snores could be heard coming from her room.

I turned my attention towards Jun Gi and put a newly soaked flannel on his forehead. You know, sometimes I don't understand him at all to be honest. If you know you're going to make your health worse, why do it in the first place? Right?

Heading towards the kitchen, I poured the cold, dirty water down the sink and replaced it with some fresh water. I headed back into my room and left it at the side of the table. I figured I'd come back in about half an hour or so to see if his fever had gone down. If not then, I'm definitely calling and ambulance, I don't care how much he hates them. He's getting in one.

Several hours had passed and he was still asleep. On the plus side, his fever had reduced slightly, so there was no need to call an ambulance. Phew! I sat besides him again and observed him. He looked like he had the weight of the world on his shoulders. In some ways, he was like me. But then, sometimes he was like Min. He's nothing like Jun Seo. He will never be like him. And for that blessing, I'm glad.

I took Jun Gi's hand in my own and held it. How long had it been? How long had this fight been going on? Maybe it was time to forgive him and let go of the past.

He stirred in his sleep. "Jun Gi? You're awake?" I quickly let go of his hand and adjusted myself.

"Hmm. Honey...? When did you come?" He yawned.

I looked at the clock. It read '5am'. "I just got in a few minutes ago." I lied.

"Urgh," he groaned. "What time is it?"

"It's 5 o'clock in the morning."

"5 in the morning?"

"Hmmhm. Are you alright? Do you feel better?"

"Ugh!" he groaned. "I feel a little better."

"Good." I started to throw whatever I found next to me at him.

"Honey?! What are you doing? Ow! Ow! Ow!"

"This is for coming to South Korea and leaving your father all alone," I spat as I chucked a shoe at him, "this is for what you did yesterday morning, arsehole," I said as I threw a stuffed toy at him.

"Hey look! It's Beany!" He said as he held the bear up trying to distract me.

"This is for falling ill," I shrieked as I threw a picture frame at him. Luckily, he ducked so it ended up just falling on my bed. I got up on my bed and yanked out the pillow from behind him. "And this... this is for making us worry about you!" I yelled as I battered him with the pillow.

"Us? You sure it wasn't just you?"

I thumped his gut. "No! It was both me and Min! Stop thinking so highly of yourself!" I thumped him again.

I got off him and went to get a spare pillow and blanket. I lay down at the other end of my bed with a spare pillow and blanket. My bed was one of those small double beds so really there was plenty of space for both of us. I just didn't want to be next to him. I had my back towards him. I closed my eyes. I was tired now and I was going to kill him if he disturbed my sleep.

"Do you feel better now?" I heard him say. I looked up at him and glared.

"OK. OK I get it. I won't say anything. Good night." He said as he turned over. We had a our backs to one another as we lay.

"Would you ever want to go back in time to change a event or do something differently?" He asked, as his voice started to get sleepy. I kept my eyes closed. I wanted to avoid having another conversation with him this late at night. I soon managed to drift off somehow with my nightmares plaguing me.
