star gazing

I wake up earlier then I normally do I look at the clock and then beside me and carl isn't there I get up and  put on one of his sweaters and look around I I go outside and look on the roof where we first met and I climb up there sure enough he's up there with a blanket and two pillows I walk towards him and he looks up at me

I smile at him "join me y/n" he says smiling okay I lay down besides him and we look at the stars he looks over at " me remember when I first met you up here I look at him and nod I missed you a lot lately I never get to hang out with you by myself so I decided to do  this for you I love you so much y/n" he leans in and kisses me it was like the first time I hear fireworks going off in my mind

And he reaches in his pocket "I got you this it's a promise ring because I promise to give you all my love no matter what happens even if we get separated I'll always be in love with and every time I see you it's like the first time I saw that you really do make me the happiest" I smile well Carl I wouldn't be who I am today if I never would have met you I smile and kiss him again
