Fighting Addiction

Hi. My name is Ken and I am an addict.
I am addicted to the United States of America.

I keep thinking that I can be stronger than it. I keep thinking that the next time I cast my vote that it will make a difference. I think if I show up in court, Justice will be served.

Every morning that I wake up, I reach for it thinking today things will be different. At the end of the day, I find myself completely consumed by it without anything to show for myself.

I've let the USA destroy my health, my wealth, and my family. I am an addict, because despite knowing the dangers, I continue to use the United States and surround myself with with people who encourage my use.
