Chapter Twenty-Seven: Back Home

Start from the beginning

"Tucker? His last name was Tucker?" Craig asked in an angry but hushed tone.

"Yeah..."

"Is that why, on the day we met, you ran away when Token called me 'Tucker?'"

"Yeah, " I cringed in remembrance, "I mean I had just left this town where this guy I had once been best friends with tried to beat me senseless, him being the last person I interacted with in that town, and then the first guy I meet in this one was another Tucker. I was just kinda freaked out, y'know?"

"Have you ever thought about going back home?" A look of sympathy played on his face.

"Home isn't the right word, but yeah, of course. I mean, I don't miss it, I just—"

"You want to go back and prove them wrong?" He interrupted.

"Not really, but sure."

"What If we went on a road trip? Me, you, and the guys." He clarified.

"I don't know, Craig..." I told him. His puppy eyes are killing me, reminding me. "Fine," he lit up, "but we're bringing Neptune, too."

"HELL YEAH."

"But," I warned, "it's a twenty-six-hour drive from Colorado to Georgia."

"Holy shit. Really?" I nodded, "Let's book plane tickets to Texas then."

"11 hours."

"Okay, We're flying to Alabama and renting a car from there," He decided. I chuckled and pulled my phone out.

Nicotine: We're all going on a plane to Alabama

Bills: Wait, what?

Nicotine: No questions. Just pack your bags for Monday
Nicotine: We're going on a plane and then we're going on a road trip to Savannah

Trekkie: Savannah, Georgia?

Bean: Yup

Jokes: isn't that where you moved from Tweek?

Bean: yupp

Jokes: I don't think I can though guys
Jokes: I have three comedy shows

Bean: Sorry Jimmy :(

Cry: Whos paying for the tickets

Bills: Who's*

Nicotine: Token

Bills: Wait, what? No. I didn't agree with that.

Jokes: too late rich kid

Bean: Please mommaa
Bean: I feel homesick :(

Bills: Fine, but only because I love my children and we don't have any other plans.

"Psh, liar," Craig smirked as we tossed our phones to the other side of the room.

"Yeah, no shit. Did you take Neptune on a walk today?"

"Yes, babe, you ask every day. I'm a good dad; stop questioning me."

I scoffed, laying back onto Craig's stomach and cuddling into his arms, "I do not."

"Yes, you do," two voices interrupted Craig before he could even move his lips. The door revealing a disheveled Clyde and panting Kevin.

"Wha— Don't team up against me," I pouted.

"We could never, Tweekers," Clyde said, sitting down on the side of the bed, against the bedside table.

"Why are you guys here?" Craig asked, tone hinting annoyance.

"Clyde kidnapped me," Kevin responded, laying his head on his alleged kidnapper's lap.

"Why are we going to Georgia?" Clyde asked us, ignoring the claims.

"Didn't you read what Tweek sent in the group chat? He's homesick," Craig responded.

"Tweek got bullied in Savannah for being gay. There's no way he would be homesick. He didn't have any friends there," Kevin reasoned. Craig sent a glare down at me, most likely judging me because I told Kevin before him.

"Just because it's true doesn't mean it doesn't hurt, Kev," I told him, ignoring Craig's stare.

"Tweek wants to prove them wrong for bullying him and calling him weak," Craig told them.

I playfully slapped his leg, "Liar. It was your idea, asshole."

"I guess that makes two of us," he smirked.

A/N: Hey! Writing flow is definitely back. What do you think of this chapter/ idea? I would have just thrown the whole road trip idea in without context, but I thought that this would need a little bit of an introduction/update on how the group is going so that it didn't seem completely absurd. Anyways, Leave a vote? Have a wonderful day and don't do anything really stupid.
