A crimson cowl on my head
It marks a conscious person
Not many things that I've read
Can make me and others feel in unison
I'd like to take a step back
Since I cannot evaluate
The situations at my hand
My failures I congratulate
I wear it with pride
Slant it hard and backtrack
The attention that I past-glide
The appreciation that I lack
I hope someone understands
This code of mine
It lacks a certain brand
But you have me in your sights
