So, for some reason I thought today was Culper Jr's birthday but it was actually yesterday...

Most of you probably have no idea who this is, so I'm going to tell you.
Robert Townsend aka Samuel Culper Jr aka 723 was a key member of the Culper Ring. He was their man in York City, gathering intel from inside. He would have met fellow spy in York City, Hercules Mulligan, as well.
He took his identity to the grave. It wasn't until 1950 (the same year Cinderella hit cinemas I believe) that historians confirmed that they were the same person.
Basically he's a spy who risked his life so America could gain its independence. You're welcome America.
