The wind tickle my skin,

It causes goose bumps to raise from within.

As busy as the afternoon was, it was prefect like any other day.

People chatting, waving at friends while others just simply went on their way.

As I walk down the street,

The last store a need to be seems so out of reach.

I am getting sweat and also tired,

This is my first asignment of my new job and it will also determine if I will get hired.

Better yet, I really don't want to be fired and I am not fully hired.

Finally I arrived at the curb to cross the road,

The bags in my hand gave way from the heavy load.

'OH NO this can't be happening now' kept on playing in my mind,

As I tried to save my boss's favorite coat, that was one of a kind.

The items in the other bags fell into a mud puddles,

The idea of keeping this job just flew away in a bubble.

Bubbles of laughter reach my ears,

Turning around, I saw who was there.

A few teenage kids were laughing, some made mocking sounds,

While the others held the stomach rolling on the ground.

Humilation and embarrassment hit me like a ton of wave,

Knowing that they were laughing at my dismay.

My cheeks turn red as I wish I could hide under my bed.

Tears tickle the corner of my eyes,

My thoughts were soon interrupted by a sudden noise.

Soon their laughing had calmed down.

I think they suspect what was about to go down.

My heartbeat race as I also suspect what's now the case.
