"So, babe, what was your favorite moment of the year?" Brad asks, curling up under the blanket with Lucas.
"Hands down when I meet Wiley for the first time. I mean, it's the best moment of my life so far and until the end. But there were other great moments."
"Like?"
"When we found out we can actually keep Wiley and you aren't going to prison for kidnapping and fraud. My ex-step-sister is expecting a baby, not suspiciously at the same time that my father bought a four bedroom house."
"At least we know you're getting a new sibling." Brad says.
"That's true. And we know my dad's queer now. Leo outing him was so funny. And really sweet."
"You know, overall it's been a good year. And I'm glad we spent it together and half with our son. I love you, Lucas."
