"Come on, Lorraine. How are you feeling? Really, just tell me, is everything alright?" Guinevere asked, with sincere concern gleaming in her eyes. Her question struck her to the very core, "is everything alright?", of course not; for the past days she had completely convinced herself that everything will finally go back to normal. Just a few moments ago she was trying to free her mind from the issue, but now that Gwen's words began sinking down deeper and deeper, she couldn't deny the fact that the curse will still continue to happen, no matter what kind of distraction she could ever use. And the truth is, she was scared, her downfall would mean the downfall of the whole Forest. She had wished Gwen haven't asked her at all. She was using all her might in preventing her tears from falling down. Because now looking at Gwen's silver eyes, she knew that when the time comes, she won't be able to see them anymore; and it hurts.

"I have actually decided..." Lorraine tried to speak without a hint of sadness (Gwen listened closely as she waited). "...Take me home tomorrow," she said briefly.

The black-haired girl tried reading the blonde's expression, she knew she was serious, "You want me to take you straight to Bondoc?"

Lorraine looked back at her, completely facing her body towards her, "Yes, and don't worry about the money, I'll make sure my father will pay you double than prince Benedict is to offer you," despite having a serious conversation with Lorraine, Gwen was slightly offended by her statement. Yes, she needed the money, but rescuing Lorraine meant more to her than just a couple of silver, it meant everything to her, and now she feels no regret in saving Lorraine from the tower. "And don't also worry about the prince, I could deal with him later on."

"Are you sure? Not ages ago you were head over heels on meeting your prince charming," Gwen said.

"Yeah, sure, but don't get me wrong, I still am stoked in meeting the prince, he's my prince charming after all," Lorraine somewhat lied, at this point in time she wasn't really sure anymore. Gwen on the other hand mentally rolled her eyes at the last statement. "But I figured that my family should come first, I've missed them the most out of all people...but then again they're the only people," Lorraine chuckled, and a moment after, Gwen couldn't help but giggle with the princess as well.

"If that's what will make you happy, then your wish is my command," Gwen said.

"What makes you think I'm not happy right now?" Lorraine asked.

"Not that I'm saying you're not happy, I could just tell that there's something upsetting you, and it is written all over your face."

Lorraine couldn't help but to touch her face. Gwen definitely saw her heated conversation with Mama a while ago. They were here on the same balcony as before, and they were talking about her curse nonetheless.

"I actually told Mama first about this, and I couldn't help but...yes, Gwen I am upset, and it's because I know I'll be leaving this place tomorrow and I'm going to miss this beautiful place once we go."

Gwen smiled with a hum, looking around the Forest once again and into the night sky, with the moon gleaming over the rest of the Forest beyond the vines, to the field were the sun was once peeking from. "You can always come back though," she told Lorraine, "We can come back."

Lorraine looked at her thoughtfully, acknowledging her with a genuine smile. Although it seemed impossible to happen, she felt the comfort and sincerity of Gwen's words. She too, wanted to come back, most especially to come back with her. She has to admit, it sounded very sweet, and in all honesty she wanted nothing more.

"Do you want to sneak out?" Gwen asked out of the blue.

"What do you mean?" For a moment, Lorraine thought Gwen meant that they should leave now to Bondoc.
