-The day I met you continued-

He was put in a car with some other dolls. Amongst those dolls was his friend, Hope or Doll #153223. He was known as Doll #153215. There was a heavy sense of nervousness hanging in the air as the car bumped along. Jackson would steal glances at Hope. At times their eyes would meet but there were no words spoken. This might as well be the last he sees her. Her outfit looked relatively fancy. She looked like those limited edition dolls that can go for hundreds when they can be found in stores. There was a smile on her face the next time Jackson stole a glance. He looked away. Knowing that they may never be together again made his heart sink.

-car trip skip-

The doors were opened and the dolls were ushered out. They were lead into a small backstage room where they were sat down. A few dolls sat across from them. They too looked nervous. Many voices could be heard as people entered Sunset Arena. It had been an hour since they had arrived and the auctions were about to begin. The first one was doll # 152007. Jackson had heard from a little bird of his situation. He had been returned multiple times and this auction was the last time he would be put on the auction block. The dolls sitting backstage heard as the seller listed his facts. After they were stated the starting price was announced. He went for very little and many refused to go above $5,ooo. The brand new master was given the choice to leave with him now or to stay and see if they would get a second doll. The answer was clear to those in the back when #152007 did not return.

One by one the dolls in the back disappeared and only a few returned. Eventually, Hope and Jackson were the only ones not sold. Jackson's heartbeat quickened in his chest as he was told to get on stage. He stood on the auction block and looked out at the crowd. There wouldn't be as many people here if the news of a face and body doll appearing for auction hadn't gotten out. After Jackson's facts were stated they announced his starting price, his lowest price. Most people's hands shot up and so the bidding began. Bit by bit the price rose higher and higher until there were only two people left. It was a lady and a man. They sat opposite each other in the seats. The price had already gone past his highest predicted price. After a few more rounds Jackson saw the hesitation in the woman's hand and then only the man's hand was up. By the end of it, Jacksons worth was announced.

    "Sold for $350,000."

Jackson had found his master. He stood up from his seat and made his way down. They didn't even ask him the question and he was ready to go. Jackson stepped off the auction block and began to head towards his master. When he finally found himself in front of him he bowed to him. He straightened himself out and awaited orders. Some people came and handed him a folder of papers. The payment and application process is done outside the auction. "Come with me. We don't have all day." His words were empty. As Jackson was about to leave he heard them announcing Hope's facts.
