1: Don't be a bully. Were all here to have fun, not be bullied. The RP is no fun for anyone that way. Your character can bully another, but no OOC bullying.
2: No OC is too outlandish, but try not to make them too OP. I want a balanced RP so everyone can have fun.
3: No controlling somebody elses OC.
4: No killing an OC without the owners permission, that can ruin RPs entirely.
5: Password is your favorite cookie.
