Eve ran out of the school, tears running down her face. She walked into her house with tear stains, only to throw on a sweater and leave. She didn't take her stuff, she didn't even take food, only cash, she didn't know where she was going but she knew she had to leave. After she saw Jake and Shay together she couldn't stand this town any longer. She had just caught her boyfriend and best friend together; out of everyone, Jake chose Shay to cheat on her with. She'll never look at them the same again. She took the first bus going anywhere. She had dropped off the grid with nothing to track her. She didn't even bring her phone. She wiped her tears away and in that moment, She had become a new person. Eve isn't one to hold a grudge but this time, she thinks it'll stick.
