Tony Luarel was a quiet and a smart girl, she has this crush on a guy named, Philip. But Philip has a friend na sobrang kinaiinisan ni Tony because he had done nothing but to cause her trouble and shame. Samuel Natividad, the well known playboy, and yet girls couldn't resist this guy. Sabi nga nila, ngiti pa lang makalaglag fallopian tube na, what more kung umarangkada? But Tony never sees him that way. Ang tangi lang niyang nakikita ay ang lalaking walang ginawa kundi ang asarin at pag-tripan siya.
But one day at Samuel's birthday party, she had a chance para gumanti sa lahat ng kalokohang ginawa nito sa kanya. Only the vengeance never happened, in fact, it was the other way around. Her life started to change when her belly started to grow.
