You were working on getting intoxicated at your local bar, trying to forget about today, about your job, about your ex partners, about all the regrets you've had. If it wasn't whiskey, it was vodka and you've never threw shots down so fast in your life. That's how you felt anyway. Your eyes wander around the large area, music playing and the karaoke machine was finally working on the stage the bar offered. You let out a small huff of a laugh. Karaoke, you were never the worst at singing, the crowds didn't bother you when your tipsy hit. Maybe a little more and you'd go up and give it a shot. You laugh mentally at the small pun you've produced in your mind.

As you wait, you continue to look around until something, or more realistically someone caught your attention. His hood covered most of his face but you swear you could make out some features of his face but you couldn't be sure.You also couldn't deny that the black hoodie gave him some defining features of his chest. He wore a regular pair of jeans and boots, maybe? Looks like they're made for some combat. Once your ogling Was noticed, your face flushed and you quickly look away before the man fully faced you. You rub your heated face with some embarrassment and plowed down your last few shots before getting up.You smoothed your black T-shirt and sigh. Here goes nothin!

You walk up into the stage after the person singing prier, who hands you the mic. You see the song change to 'You Make Me' by Avicii. You close your eyes, use the beginning of the song to find your jam and start to smirk when you catch it.
You voice rings out with a strange and strong confidence
