Everything is perfect
You are happy, one hand with Mommy and one with Daddy
A pink bow in your hair, muddy handsI cease to exist when I realize this one thing
But I come back the next night
Every night
Until then, everything is perfect
Pink bow in your hair, a crude joke on your onesie that Daddy picked out
Raspberry kisses
Hectic morningsMommy's Hands are holding yours and Daddy's
Mommy's Feet are trying to keep up with yours
Mommy's Mouth says how much she loves you
Mommy's Uterus is resting, but ready once more
Mommy's Brain is relieved it never did anything unforgivable
Mommy's Heart is full, content.
Then I must goBut Daddy is with you.
