Steve came up the stairs to see Peter. 'Dia Dhuit, conas ata tú? (Hello, how are you?)'

'Tá mé go maith mar feicim tú. (I'm good because I see you)'(I'm aware that doesn't work in English, translation is hard)

Wanda wandered in after Steve, phone clutched in hand watching some news reel.

Although Wanda had earphones in, Peter could still hear it.'

'They are operating outside and above the international law. Because that's the reality, if we don't respond to acts like these. What legal authority does an enhanced individual like Wanda Maximoff have to operate in Nigeri -'

Steve grabbed the phone off Wanda and turned it off. 'It's not your fault. I should've clocked that bomb vest long before you had to deal with it.'

Peter was going to interject, but decided it's best to just listen in to the two. Maybe Spider-Man could gain a mission from this. Once he was able to walk.

Steve walked over to Peter's bed and Wanda sat down beside him. 'Rumlow said "Bucky" and... all of a sudden I was a 16-year-old kid again, in Brooklyn.' He paused for breath But just let out a huge sigh and rested his head on his fists, 'And people died. It's on me.'

Wanda started rubbing circles on his back, 'It's on both of us.'

'This job... We try to save as many people as we can. Sometimes that doesn't mean everybody. But if we can't find a way to live with that, next time... maybe nobody gets saved.'

Vision suddenly appeared through the wall, jump scaring both Wanda and Steve. Peter already knew it was coming (Spider Sense) And just chuckled at the two.

'Vis! We talked about this.'

'Yes, but the door was open so I assumed that...'

Wanda gave Vision her mom stare, (Peter had deciphered every female has one, he never wanted to be at the opposite end of Michelle's again) and Vision just stopped his sentence midway.  'Captain Rogers wished to know when Mr. Stark was arriving.'

Steve just nodded, 'Thank you. We'll be right down.'

'I'll... use the door. Get better Peter.'

He started walking towards the door when something suddenly dawned on him. 'Oh, and apparently, he's brought a guest.'

Wanda and Steve both stood up to go down, 'We know who it is?'

'The Secretary of State.'

Peter had been told to stay in his room and followed happily and even told his dad that he going to get in some walking practice which involved Peter doing circles around the room to see where he could best hear the meeting.

He caught glimpses, like the Avengers need a board because they are "Dangerous", dad had already made up his mind, and Steve 'had to go', after his phone buzzed.

Tony came up the stairs to see Peter lying on the floor at the corner of the room.

'How much did you hear?'

Peter jumped up and pretended he wasn't doing anything. 'None.'

Tony just looked at him.

'Well something about having to pass a law to make us-'

'Eh, no, the Avengers.'

'-right the Avengers accountable. Which makes sense.'

Tony walked over to the bed and flopped down. 'Steve's not having it.'

'Why?'

'Something about freedom and we have better judgement.'

'But- But.'

'Exactly kid. So anyone who agreed to it is going over and we are dragging the others behind us, maybe convince them.'

Peter looked at his dad in excitement.

'You're staying here.'

'But-'

'Wanda and Vision are here. Stay safe. Don't burn down the tower.'

'Wasn't planning on it.'

And with that, Tony walked out the door. For some reason Peter wanted a hug from him. Both Steve and Tony didn't give him one on the way out and he wasn't quite sure why.

He walked down the stairs to find Wanda and Vision playing UNO.

'Ah, Peter would you like to join? It is a very simple game.' Vision looked as happily as an android Uncle with a stone as a brain could.

Wanda moves over on the couch and Peter sat and played cards with a witch and Android as you do.
