High Fantasy includes the likes of elves, kingdoms, dragons—think Tolkien. Low fantasy contains little to none of these themes, but still in a fantasy setting —think George RR Martin. Also includes fairytale retellings with a grown-up twist. Also, urban fantasies belong to this genre; magic in the world as we know it.

Changing times have led to change in battle warfare as well. Battles that have happened in recent memory and have survived in the minds of people who lived in it are featured in this reading list. They are the battles (on land, air or water) fought with modern age technology and may not be about war and territories but it can be of modern conflicts, whether internally or externally as result or effect of the wars. We are all fighting battles others cannot see. This is the place where we highlight them.
