Kate's POV

"Marley, has done surprisingly well. But she is still vulnerable and we're not quite sure why she doesn't remember you," The doctor said pointing to Taylor and I

"But it's good that you're staying with her, so she realizes that you are important people."

"Is there something we can do to get her to remember?" Kate asked

"If you have pictures or if you remind her of things she's done. But there's nothing else we can do except do scans of her brain and monitor her," He answered

"How long will she have to stay here?" Taylor asked

"I'm not sure yet," The doctor answered, "But, I have other patients to visit, so keep hoping kids." He said leaving

After Marley had woken up again, I pulled put my phone and went through pictures of us together. I started with when we first met and moved in together all the way to when she went on tour. I showed her videos of her singing and meeting fans.

"Is that me singing?" She asked

"Yeah, and you are really good." I answered, "And those are all your fans that you met on your tour,"

Taylor showed her more pictures that were actually taken on the tour bus and on the tour. She never said anything, she just listened to us and nodded.

One morning a few months after the crash had happened, Marley woke up. She sat right up and smiled at me.

"Hey, Kate how long have you been there?" She asked

I looked at Taylor then back at Marely, just yesterday she hadn't remembered anything about her tour or her family and friends.

She threw off the cover and got out of bed.

"Marley, I don't think you should do that." Taylor said, Marley wobbled a little and then she straightened up.

"I think I know how to walk, Taylor" She answered

Then a nurse walked into the room,

"Marley, sweetie please lie down. You shouldn't be moving around,"

"Why? I learned how to walk when I was little and I'm not sure why Kate and Taylor are sitting on the floor. And why I'm bed ridden in a hospital!" She exclaimed

The nurses mouth dropped. She hurried out of the room and came back a little later with the doctor.

Taylor and I explained what happened when she woke up this morning. Even the doctor was suprised.
