"There is a problem on Midgard."

Instantly the pair were at full attention, their gazes focused on Loki, who shifted a little, uncomfortable with the intensity of the situation.

With a deadly calm voice, Perci then asked, "Please explain."

Loki gulped and almost sheepishly said, "My sceptre has been found in the hands of the mortals. Mortals who mean harm to the rest of the human race."

"Dam."

It was typical, to say the least.

Perci had finally carved a piece of happiness out of the world, and she's dragged back to Earth to save it once again. She thinks this might be the...forth time?

Grr.

Wasn't she the Goddess of Fate? Shouldn't she be in charge of her own?

Fate, yes. Luck, no.
And her luck must be fucking terrible.

Not even a month in Asgard and Loki had dropped a huge bombshell on everyone that some dam human thought to use his dam glowing stick for his own dam plans to do Zeus knows what.

Well who ever it was, and the God of Mischief had told her and Thor that it was a mortal and when gets her hands on him, she will cut off his balls and feed them to a hell hound, right in front of his face.

Yeah. Sounds good.

Perci sat in her huge and luxurious bed in the giant castle that was the Allfather's. She and Frigga had agreed that the Goddess would not share a bed with Thor until wed.

The little pink gift that Aphrodite had gifted her with, was placed in her lap, her legs spread around the box. The thing inside still made her cheeks colour bright red. Very much so, a gift for after the wedding...

There was a sudden knock on her door, which made Perci slam the top of the box back on to it, "Uh, come in," She called out weakly.

A familiar face appeared between the opening doors, "Lady Persephone, Thor is-"

"Being an ass?"

The Daughter of Poseidon grinned at Lady Sif, who snorted. The Asgardian strode in and closed the door behind her, stripped of her usual armour, instead wearing a pair of leather pants and a black blouse, styled in Midgard fashion.

Perci was really rubbing off on her.

Sif sneaked a look at the box and grinned, "Ooo."

The Goddess's face coloured again and threw a pillow at her, "Shut up."

Her best friend only smirked, a smug look in her eyes, "Get your ass up, Seph. Thor is indeed being an ass. I swear if he moans about you having pretty eyes again, you are not gonna have a fiancé, you'll have a pile of bloody limbs."

Perci grinned. She loved Sif's humor, but the sea green eyed woman still didn't move.

The Asgardian sighed, defeated, before walking up to the bed and snatching the Goddess's ankle. She let out a yelp when Sif yanked her away from the bed and started to drag her towards the doors.

Groaning pathetically and of defeat, Perci snapped her fingers, now wearing jeans, a blue sleeveless shirt and black, inch heeled boots.

"I need to pack..." She whined, but Sif scoffed, "No you don't."

The Goddess sighed. No she didn't.

The doors were slammed opened and Sif continued to drag the still groaning Perci, her not being a morning person at all.

Thor was bouncing up and down on his heels excited to see Midgard again. Especially with his beloved, who will be overjoyed with seeing her mother as well.

He, the Warriors Three, Odin and Frigga waited in the throne for Lady Persephone. His good friend Lady Sif had volunteered to collect her. The God of Thunder... feared for her life, knowing that if Persephone was not awake, she would most likely kill the woman.

Friend or foe. It didn't matter.

The doors swung open and though everyone was shocked to see the Goddess being dragged across the floor by Lady Sif, Thor...wasn't. His friend then then dropped his betrothed right as his feet and the blond put his hands on his knees to bend down and look her in the eyes.

She smiled up at him, the golden flecks shining brightly against the sea green, "Hello, darling."

"Good morning, my Love."

"Urgh. I'm gonna be sick." Behind them, Lady Sif faked her throwing up and the Warriors Three struggling not laugh at her antics.

The Daughter of Poseidon whirled around and punched her best friend in the arm, making the Asgardian stumble over. Thor bit his lip and finally his three friends burst out with laughter.

He shook his head and drew the Goddess close.

Persephone leaned in as though to kiss him, but instead walked away, down the Rainbow Bridge to meet Heimdall, "Come on Darling. We mustn't keep my favorite Asgardian waiting.

The blond pouted, quickly trailing after her.

One of the Warriors Three, he didn't know which one, made the sound of a whip cracking.

He shot a glare over his shoulder, "I thought I was you're favorite."

Persephone merely shrugged, a mischievous look in her eye, "You're a close third."

"Third?!"

"Mm hmm. Right after Loki."

Thor growled, then steeped the woman off her feet, making her squeal, startled, "You take that back," He said, voice low and husky.

A smirk spread across her face, "Make me."

"Oh I will, my Lady. I will."
