Virgil let out a small yawn, as he got up from his bed. He forgot to close the curtains, so the sun was brightly shining into the room. It was the first day of school. It made him really anxious, but he had his best friend Patton, and with him, everything was alright. Virgil opened the door, walking downstairs. He didn't want to wake his parents up, so he had to be really quiet. He made himself some breakfast, then sitting down on the couch. After he finished it he went back upstairs, changing into his clothes for school. Then the doorbell rang. He rushed to the door, opening it. Patton was standing there, with a bright smile on his face. ''Hey Virgil! You ready for the first day of highschool? Its gonna be awesome!'' Virgil never understood how Patton was so positive about everything, but he never said anything about it. They walked to school, since it wasn't far away from where they lived. When they finally arrived, Patton hugged Virgil, and grabbed his hands. Why? Because Patton his anxious friend was not in the same class as him, and Patton knew Virgil didn't like walking through those halls alone. ''Virgil, its gonna be alright. You don't have to talk to people, just do what you want to. Don't let anyone push you around.'' The bell rang, and Virgil nodded quickly, as Patton and Virgil both walked into the school, then both going the opposite way, to where they were supposed to go. The first subject was math. Booorriiing! Virgil was never good at maths, and didn't really care-
Virgil snapped out of his thoughts when he bumped into something, rather someone.
It was a tall guy, with a suit, a necktie and glasses. He looked calm, while Virgil felt as if he could burst into crying of embarrasment. He didn't know what to say, so he just stuttered the first thing that came to mind. ''Uhm, uhm, do you k..know where 2+2 group is..?'' 2+2 group?! Seriously?! Virgil his face turned red, and he mentally slapped himself. He expected the tall dude to burst into laughter, or beat him up maybe, but then he spoke. ''I assume you mean math class, so yes, I do know where math class is, since I am the teacher from math class, but I can't blame you for not knowing. A lot of new students mistake me as another student..'' Wait... He's a teacher!? You can't be kidding me.. Virgil blinked a few times, so confused. How could this guy be so hot and be a teacher- Wait no, you can't think like that.. Oh no... ''Uhm.. Yeah.. I d..did mean math class.. I p..panicked.. sorry because I thought you were a student and was gonna beat me up..'' Why was he telling him that?! Oh god.. Now he's definitely gonna think Virgil is a freak.. But instead, the teacher guy smiled, and carefully grabbed his sleeve, as other students were running through the halls. Thats when Virgil noticed how many other people there were. He felt that he was getting anxious, but then he looked at the teacher guy. They both started walking, and when they arrived, Virgil quickly walked into the classroom sitting down at the table near to the window. Virgil grabbed his books and his sketchbook and a pencil, and he started drawing. Then the bell went again, which meant class was starting now.
''Hello everyone, my name is Logan Sanders, but I prefer if you all would call me Mr.Sanders. Now that you know that, let me tell a bit about myself...''
