Chapter 9: ...Getting to Know All About You

Quick recap:

You (Echidna) have come to the apartment Felix and Locus share in preparation for a job. You learn that Felix is named Isaac, and Locus is named Samuel. The whole time, you're wearing a bluetooth earpiece connecting you to the AI copy of Agent Maine (Michael Creed). At night, you dream about your more pleasant dreams of your childhood and your time in the Freelancer Program.

Now:

~Your P.O.V.~

You wake up to your alarm and smile to yourself at the nice dream you had. You get up and head to the bathroom to take a shower. You take off your pjs and underwear as you step under the stream of warm water. Forgetting where you are for a bit, you start to sing in the shower (as you normally do). You settle on Heathens by Twenty One Pilots.

~Locus's P.O.V.~

I wake up and start getting ready for the job. Felix comes into the living room for some coffee as I clean my weapons. We both freeze when we hear a girl singing. 'That has to be Echi-uh (f/n). Not a bad singing voice.' I think as I look towards the bathroom.

~~Your P.O.V.~~

You finish the song and your shower, turn off the water, step out, and dry yourself off with a towel. You start to get dressed in your athletic bra and shorts. You step out of the bathroom and go to your room to put on your bodysuit and armor.

You pull your hair up and make sure all of your gear is on properly. You grab your helmet and head to the living room. You enter to see the guys are already getting their armor on. Locus is securing his chest-plate while Felix hasn't even started putting on his chest plate (but his legs are all armored up).

You put your helmet down on the coffee table and head to the kitchen to make some tea. You can feel the boys staring at you as you cross the room. You decide to let them know "Y'know you're not very subtle at all. Oh and keep your eyes north of the equator Felix."

You look over your shoulder at them to see them both avoiding eye contact. You sip your tea as Locus decides that his sniper rifle needs his undivided attention while Felix gets to work putting on his chest plate.

The job goes over very well with you, Felix, and Locus teasing each other almost the entire time. You even start counting how many enemies you each take down. The one with the most take-downs would get to decide what you got for dinner while the other two paid for it.

Surprisingly, Felix won. He chose Mexican. You agreed over dinner that you would stay with them tonight and head home in the morning. After dinner, and a few margaritas, you're all laughing as you walk back to their apartment.

Felix starts to wander and stumble a bit, given that he's skinnier than you and Locus, so you loop your arm with his. He really likes it. So, to tease them, you loop your other arm with Locus's arm. Both of them are a bright shade of red and you can't tell if it's you or the alcohol that's making them blush.

You grin to yourself, happy to have these big, strong, handsome men wrapped around your finger. Your mother would be proud. ... Maybe you're more drunk than you initially thought.

~Locus P.O.V.~

Despite the fact that I have a nice buzz right now, I can't stop looking at the enchanting woman on my arm. Normally, it's Felix who goes home with a beautiful woman on his arm. Felix still has her on his arm but tonight...she's on my arm too.

'Dear god I think I'm in trouble.' I think as I stare at her. I smile to myself as I unlock the door to our apartment with (f/n) still on my arm. I help her get Felix to his room and we go to the kitchen, neither of us tired enough to sleep just yet.
