There was some publishing issues with the other version. Multiples of the same chapter were being published. So I copied everything into a notes app and re-did it all.
I mean, obviously I do not own Harry Potter, that right goes to J K Rowling. I also do not reject or dislike the cannon version nor the characters. I simply am struck with the same thought as many who write fanfics. The strong question of 'what if' bugging me. Tempting me to read many fics, some close to my imagination but not quite what I was looking for. Until finally I am at a loss for what to do.
And then one night in a cold sweat I awake with a sudden idea. Unoriginal and somewhat petty.
If I cannot find the right story to satisfy my imagination then all that's left to do is write it myself. And so I bring you this delightful piece of the same general idea with perhaps a few changes to make it seem brand shiny new.
Creature Inheritance with just a bit of time travel... Okay a big chunk of time travel. It's a wibbly wobbly timey- okay I'll stop there.
Note that being a fangirl of the most petty and juvenile kind there will probably be a lot of pairings. Many of which matching my beliefs of the magical world being very LGBT welcoming. So you know... If that doesn't sound right to you then I suggest you leave very quickly because honestly I don't care. Hate comments will be ignored, removed even.

You'll notice this is a repost of my first story 'When Hero's Lose' under a new title and that's because I had around 16 chapters written by the time I disappeared after publishing the first two. But I found I didn't quite like the story when I came back to it and I wanted to change it a bit and reboot it under a new title. Hopefully it's accepted as much as the previous version. I really love all your support. I will probably also be doing this with the story 'Clockwork Apprentice'.
