The Meg After

Chapter 1

Narrator

After defeating not one but two king of the ocean fishes everyone wanted to live out the rest of their lives out not in fear of anything.

This story takes place 1 year after the incident

Suyin POV

I stepped in the room,

Put on the white gown

Brushed off the little white fabrics that were floating around
And I stood there looking at myself in the mirror

"Suyin how is it?? Does it fit"

I heard as Jaxx calls out

"I think it looks perfect" I said quietly

"What?? I can't hear you I'm coming in"

She opens the fitting room door

"OMG!!" She covers her mouth

She looked at me up and down

*sniffles " your going to be the most beautiful bride in the world, Jonas is a lucky lucky man"

I smiled as I twirl around in my dress

This is it I can't believe it I'm going to be married tomorrow

Tears rolled down my cheeks as I realized that one year ago as I was trapped in that cage inches from being lunch to a prehistoric monster.
I thought I would never survive never see myself finding a proper dad to Meiying, never being able to see my daughter graduate, never was going to see myself taking over what my dad left for me. As I slowly sunk down into the cage violently shaken by the shark. I thought that this was it that I would reunite with my dad in the afterlife, the last thing I remembered was a hand reaching out to me.

And I laughed to myself as I get to marry that man who saved me tomorrow.

"Do you like this dress?"

I looked at Jaxx and then back at the saleswomen

"Yes I love it it's perfect" I said with a big smile.

"Very good, we will prepackaged the dress and tomorrow you can come pick it up" she said

As I was leaving the store I looked back at the dress
And left with a big smile.

"Man I'm starving" Jaxx whined

"Yeah me too"

"What do you want to eat?"

I looked at her with a smile

"Seafood"

Jonas POV

"TOUCHDOWN!!" I screamed as the last winning score shows up at the screen

"YEAHHHHHHHH!!" I shouted

"IN YOUR FACE JAMES!" I shouted

James put his hand on his head

"Ugh I swear they had a streak going"

"WELL THEIR STREAK IS DESTROYED LIKE MY TEAM TO YOURS BWAHHHHHHHHH" I laughed out loud like an insane person

I put my hand out to him

"come on now you lost the bet you have to pay up now"

He looked at me with a blank stare on his face and slowly pulled out a 50 dollar bill

I snatched it out of him and started running around the room

I laughed and waved my 50 dollar bill in front of his face.

"Are you serious"

I turned around to see Meiying

"Hi" I said

"Seriously your getting married tomorrow to my mother and your watching football!" She said

I looked at James and he looked at me

"Well what else are we suppose to be doing"

She signed

"I don't know, maybe plan for the wedding that is happening tomorrow, you promised my mother that you would take care of every little detail at the wedding"

James leaned in towards me

"She sounds a little upset"

I whispered back

"What should I do then"

"Do what a father would do"

I looked at him

"Your right legally tomorrow she is my daughter and me her dad"

"That's right man you gotta start by acting like a father now"

I stood up and walked over to her

I put my hands on her shoulders and bend down to eye level

"Listen, I promised your mother that I would take care of every little detail on the wedding and that all she has to do is to find the perfect wedding dress. A little something you should know about your future daddy, he never breaks a promise. Now go up to bed"

She nodded and trotted up the stairs

"Can you believe it Jonas it's been one year"

I didn't answer him

We fell in silent

But we both had a big smile on our faces that night.

If you haven't watched the Meg you might be very confused I suggest you guys or gals to watch it first then come back it's a very good movie

Side note: I was literally finished all I had to do was put authors note but then somehow I pressed a button and all my work got erased .......
