PART I    -  SUMMER

August 1, 1999 (7:00 AM)

I am here sitting on a wooden cat shaped chair outside my bestfriend's house, something that I do everyday while waiting for my bestfriend.

Since I have nothing to do here but just observe my surroundings and describe it until Jed comes out. I'll write a little about his place.

Jed's house is fairly neat. The front yard is deprived of leaves or garbage, the bushes are cut, and the house has it's clean-ish aura.

Huh. Clean-ish, another made up word.

Jed is done so I gotta go.

The classes this morning was fairly good. Mostly because Mr. Agathon was out today. He is just sooo boring, specially the way he talks.

It's lunch time, just if you hadn't noticed the time, but I don't feel like eating the goopy stuff in the so called "Nutrition Center" so I'm here sitting beside the hallway observing my fellow students passby as if I'm a reporter from that educational channel talking about animals in their wild habitat, that talks so much like one of my teachers -I'm not gonna mention names I'll get in trouble if he gets his hands on this booklet. But is it weird for me to just write about the people I know and the people who I don't know? Maybe that's why people who aren't friends with me call me a freak. People who are friends with me on the other hand call me weird, but not in a mean way.

Anyway, Jed is still in his class. History I think, or maybe Chemistry. But it's not really important right? Because those subjects are just sooo interesting.

I don't wan't any erasures in this so I'm telling you, the reader, in advance that I am so sorry for any grammatical mistakes or something in this journal because I'm a clean freak and I just won't erase stuff here.

I just thought of something, maybe that's why they call me a freak because I'm freakn' clean.

I shouldn't laugh bymyself here because if I do, this clean freak can easily be mistaken for a helpless mental patient.

I am also excited later. But I'll write about it later because I have to go.

What flavor of ice cream is your favorite? Mine is vanilla because I like it's creaminess.

I am currently writing this journal in front of my bestfriend in an ice cream shop. Jed is fond of eating ice cream and his older sister, Patty is the manager so he gets free ice cream everytime he goes here. No wonder he gets fatter and fatter.

He asks for extra servings if he has friends along and I think it's really nice of him to do that.

I'm not that close with Patty even though she's my bestfriend's sister. Jed says that they used to be really close and they don't fight like traditional siblings. It's not like when the younger brother annoys the older sister and stuff, and the sister gets annoyed and yells "You are so dead!" or "I'm gonna kill you!".

Ms. Yael just walked in with her "Life Partner" Jonah. I never understood them, if you love someone why not marry her? Sometimes I just don't understand people that I don't share views with.

Anyway. My vanilla sundae is here so I'm gonna stuff my mouth with it's deliciousness and enjoy it!

I hate schoolwork, I really do. I have average grades and stuff  but i'm not really in to homework. Instead of living life I'm stuck in a room writing a research paper.

But, that's not what I'm doing right now, i'm only expressing my hatred of homework.

Obviously i'm currently writing in this journal. I'm just here lying on the bed like every other night thinking about the day. I think i'm gonna share my thoughts about the day now, before I sleep.

I think it was a fun day, no one was bothering me or anything and the classes seem to be more fun. Since Mr. Agatha was "Missing in Action". I definitely enjoyed my vanilla ice cream.

Mom just asked me to go to sleep so... Goodnight or whatever the time is while you read this.
