I'm going to admit right now... The first time I ever saw Venom was in Spider-Man 3. Yeah, guilty as charged. I didn't realize how cool he was until I saw him in the cartoons. My favorite version would have to be his first interpretation on the 1994 Spider-Man cartoon where he was voiced by Hank Azaria. Makes Topher Grace look weak in comparison. The new Venom movie with Tom Hardy looks promising. I just hope the film doesn't damage the director's reputation. I doubt it will because he's directing Zombieland 2. Anyway, I decided to draw Venom because I was bored. I based his look on the buff version from the comics. It'd be a sin if I made him look like a skinny bitch like Topher Grace. My favorite bonuses were adding his bulky neck and the blood on his fists and fangs. It's as if he viciously attacked someone. All in all, it's a faithful interpretation of the character.
