LONG POEM #5: "Warnings"

The world seem to have unveiled itself to me,
Showing the truth of reality.
Beneath its facade and beauty,
Lies the dark face of deformity.

Sure, the world may flaunt its rainbows and sparkles,
But deep inside, it's cruel and cold like icicles.
So beware and listen carefully,
Don't trust too much and end up like me.

Who fell for its lies and deception,
Which later became my biggest frustration,
For trusting the primoridal creature of light,
Who turned out to be in alliance with the night.
