Charlotte's POV:

Last night was amazing.

Dinner went really well, and not to mention, Sweet Pea and I finally made it official official.

I still haven't spoken to Archie or Veronica, except for when I saw her in the bathroom. I've been avoiding both of them, especially Archie. I don't even know what to say to him.

Sweets and I texted all night last night once he left, longer than we usually do.

Which means i'm super tired today.

"Maybe you shouldn't have stayed up all night texting your boyfriend." Betty teases as we walk towards my locker.

"I know." I mumble, rubbing my eyes tiredly.

"Speaking of,here he comes." She nods towards the school doors.

I turn and see Sweet Pea, along with Toni and Fangs, all walking towards us. I sigh and turn back towards my locker, leaning my head against the cold metal. "I wanna go to sleep." I whine.

I hear Betty chuckle followed by footsteps. "See you later Lottie." Then she leaves.

A warm pair of arms wrap around my waist and i'm pulled against a hard chest. "Morning Charlie." He leans down and kisses the top of my head. I turn around in Sweet Pea's arms

I shake my head and lean against his body, making him carry my full weight.

"What's wrong?" Sweet Pea pulls away and places his hands on each side of my face.

I glare up at him. "You."

His eyes widen and he begins to rub my cheekbone with his thumb. "What? What'd I do?"

I shrug and turn away from him, going back to opening my locker and swapping out my books. When i'm tired, I get super grumpy. Doesn't everybody?

"Charlie, please tell me what I did so I can fix it." Sweet Pea begs, glancing at the people around us nervously.

I ignore him and close my locker before walking down the hallway.

I hear him groan. "Come on baby, i'm sorry. I don't even know what I did wrong." He exclaims, grabbing onto my wrist.

I turn around. "You made me stay up late so now i'm tired."

I hear him quietly sigh in relief before he chuckles. "Seriously? You're mad because we stayed up late texting? Sweetheart, if I knew you'd be this tired I wouldn't have texted you." He says softly, wrapping his arms around my waist. "I'm sorry."

I watch him silently.

"Fine, I forgive you." I give in, too tired to argue.
