omg i'm so sorry for another a/n but um just imagine that there is a time period between each of these parts! for the most part this will be them talking over social media until something happens, but don't worry, it will eventually get to actual chapters before it ends. and there will be actual chapters here and there.

anyways, without further ado, here is part five!! sorry!!

i broke my arm, and i'm
recovering from a
concussion. the doc said
it'll take up to 6 months for
me to be completely healed.

After everything was sorted, I was escorted out of the hospital in a wheelchair, which was being pushed by the nurse. Aaliyah walked beside us, and my mom was out waiting in the car.

I had a cast around my arm and an arm sling holding it up, along with a rib belt around my waist. I could practically feel how exhausted I looked, but my mother had been so kind as to regularly brush my hair, so at least I had that going for me.

The nurse and Aaliyah helped me into the passenger seat of my mom's car, and once I was situated, we all three thanked the nurse for his help. Aaliyah stuffed some of my things into the back of the car and said a brief goodbye to us, as she had her own car to drive, and she'd be meeting us at my mom's house.

I'd be staying at my mom's for a week or two so that she could take better care of me, but all I really wanted was to sleep in my own bed. But I guessed that my teen-hood bed would have to do.

After we all got home, my mom heated up a casserole that her neighbor had given us and we ate in the living room, curled up under blankets while watching as many Harry Potter movies as we could.

Before I got too tired, my mom helped me to my bed, where I had a complicated set up made to meet the doctor's requirements. I had to sleep with my head and arm elevated. I had a hard time adjusting and getting comfortable, but as soon as I did, I fell asleep.
