So he was jokingly throwing crumpled pieces of paper at you from the other side of the room. He threw one right as you turned your head and it hit you in your eye, making you cover your eye as you cry out in pain and surprise.
His heart would skip a beat and he'd be at your side immediately, asking if you were okay as he hesitated to touch your hands, which were still covering your stinging eye. When you told him you were okay he'd sigh in relief and apologize again.

He was waving someone off, waving frantically as you stood behind him and smiled, until he accidentally hit you in the face.
You cried out in surprise and laughed after, placing a hand over your forehead.
"Oh shit, I'm sorry (Y/N) I didn't mean to. Are you okay?"
He'd kind of laugh too but when you reassured him you were fine he'd apologize again and kiss you were he had hit you.
