Eddsworld: Heroes (Previously A Hero in Disguise!)

Secrets Revealed

  Edd stared at Tom's limp body, rushing to him. He looked around at those around him, quickly lifting him and flying away from the site, people confused of this. Edd made it to Tom's bedroom window, opening it as he got inside, laying Tom on the bed. He removed his slightly tattered disguise, passing Matt as he went to the hallway.

"Oh hi Edd! Did you see the fi-"

 "Matt, not right now. Where's the bandages?" 

 "Why are you asking m-"

 "Just look for them!"

  Matt nodded in hesitation. Once he retrieved them, he ran back to the boy in green. Edd rushed back to Tom, who laid there weak. His voids had closed, blood dusting his sun kissed skin. Edd worked on the more severe cuts before gradually working with the smaller ones, but panicked the whole time. He eventually finished patching Tom's wounds, mumbling to himself as he rose from the side of the bed, sighing as he walked out to grab some things..

  An hour or two passed before Tom awoke, his vision blurry for quite some time before things grew clearer. He looked at a now sleeping Edd beside him in a chair. He wore a baggy green t-shirt with a familiar triangle symbol on it, and old sweatpants. Just some casual lounge wear. Tom dat up with a small groan, vague memories of several hours before returning to him. He rubbed his unique pair of voids, looking down at his lap. He heard a yawn before looking up again, watching as the boy in green awoke. His eyes opened, bright hazel as usual. 

 "Tom! You're awake.. Are you alright?" 

 " Yeah.. Sore. "

 "Well, better than agonizing pain."

 " True, true. " 

  

(Hey there! Although this is my most successful story, i have unfortunately lost the inspiration to continue. I adore Eddsworld, just not as much as I used to. I have another story coming up. There's a few hints within this chapter about it. They're obvious if you're a gamer.)
