She and I both wore red, the color of blood as we each had an incense in hand and began the wedding ceremony, bowing to heaven, bowing to the earth, and finally…bowing to each other, her crimson veil swinging with little tinkling noises so hypnotically because of the bells on the veil and the ones on her dainty feet. Immediately after that final bow, I lifted her up and carried her to our bedroom and then after finishing the rest of the ceremony including exchanging wine I finally blew out the lights…
