"Noah I'ma kill you!" Gia semi-screamed.

The nerdy guy laughed in amusement.

"Hey, have you heard about this place and its weird alien and monster attacks?" Jake questioned.

The red ranger peered at him while biting his lip in concern.

"Yeah." Savannah riposted, "It makes this place more exciting honestly."

"Really?" Jake began asking in suspicion, "Why do you say that?"

The redhead laid back on the couch, "Every time I come back here it's the same, ya know, and it gets boring. Some action around here really made this place stand out."

"And make it seem like people die when they come here." Emma commented to her blonde companion.

She nodded in agreement.

"But don't get me wrong, people getting hurt is not something I like to see, even though some of them deserve it." Savannah added in. She looked up at the screen again and announced, "Mario's winning."

The others watched as the videogame representer was far ahead of them.

"Yo, how in the world...?!" Jake saw in amazement.

"When did you...?" Orion wondered.

The new guy smirked a little as he kept going. They were all on the final lap and the finish line was up ahead. Yoshi used all three shells and hit Toad, Peach, and Waluigi out of the way.

"You little!" Noah semi-yelled.

The yellow ranger felt confident as her character caught up to Mario. The two were neck and neck as the finish line was only a few feet away. Not paying attention to his side of the screen, the red ranger used his power up. Yoshi was so close. All he had to do was push a little further. But alas, he came up short as the mustached plumber swiftly drove ahead of him and won. He waved to the crowd as they applauded and cheered. The female brains was in disbelief as the leader waited for her to say something.

"Wow." Was the only response that came out.

It was brought by the blue ranger himself. His fellow teammate slowly turned her head to the lone wolf, who had a wide grin on his face. Her eyes squinted.

"I hate you." Gia remarked.

Chuckling, the red ranger sat back, "Love you too."

"Dude." Jake warned.

"Not like that." Troy told him while rolling his eyes.

The green ranger nodded as he put down the controller. He grabbed his soda can and chugged down some of his Pepsi. Noah switched places with Orion, who got up to use the restroom.

"Have you ever had any run-ins with a monster before?" Gia popped the question.

It caused the green ranger to almost choke on his drink, her best friend to nearly gasp, the blue ranger to nervously fix his shirt, and the leader of them all to freeze. Glancing at her new acquaintances, the young redhead raised an eyebrow.

"Are you guys good?" Savannah asked.

"Oh uh yeah, we just hope that if you did that you weren't hurt." Troy fibbed. It was not a complete lie. He cared for her well being, even after witnessing what went on earlier that day. The thought of her being in trouble affected him rather fast.

"How sweet." The girl replied as she patted the top of his head, "But yes, I've ran into a few, except for one of them. They were useless and didn't terrify me."

"Which one wasn't cheesy?" Gia inquired.

"Gia!" Emma whisper-yelled.

The perfectionist shrugged.

"Eh I ran into one today," Savannah told them, "He's...borderline weird and crazy strong. Thank god I knew where to hit him."

"Interesting, what does he look like?" Noah asked.

Troy face palmed himself as the green ranger waited for the response.

"Us, he looks and has physical traits of a human. I don't know about the emotional parts though." Savannah answered back.

Noah nodded. Footsteps reached everyone's ears as they as they saw the male alien return from the lavatory. He stood behind the couch.

"Hey, are we asking her about-"

"Shh!!" Gia silenced him.

He made an 'oh' face before keeping quiet. Laughing to herself, the new girl shook her head.

"No offense...ok no I mean all of this." Savannah said, "You guys are the WORST at being unsuspicious."

"I could've told you that." Troy mumbled under his breath. Emma smacked his arm, to which he did not care.

"I don't know why you guys are asking me so many questions, but I weirdly appreciate it. Nobody ever really asks about my life or what I'm like. This was...nice I guess, thanks." Savannah admitted to them.

She then shot up and went to go into the kitchen. The rangers waited for her to leave before starting a private conversation.

"And this was a good idea, why?" Troy inquired.

"Because now we know some things." Jake replied.

"Like what? I was in the bathroom, by the way you need more toilet paper." Orion brought up.

Jake gave him a look.

"She didn't deny she was fighting Kent and that she knows about the monsters." Emma stated, "That's something."

"And she's fought before and knew where to hit him. How would she know that if that's her 'first time' seeing him?" Gia rhetorically asked.

The leader nodded as the silver ranger sat down.

"Well I mean if she fought monsters and Kent before, she must be good." Noah spoke up.

"Mmm we don't know for sure. Who knows? It could be all for show." Jake disagreed.

"It would be cool if she is." Emma talked, "Having another girl to the team would be nice." The boys mocked offence as the pink ranger went to change her words, "I mean I love you guys too-"

"Mhm." Orion remarked in disbelief.

Emma smiled while rolling her eyes.

"Guys." Troy alerted his team, "Let's take it down a notch. Yes, she may be hiding something about how she could just fight Kent no problem. But if we keep doing stuff like this, it'll give away the fact that we know something she doesn't and she'll be doing the asking. We can't just ask her 'subtle' questions, which by the way was horrible." He put down the controller and looked to his second in command, "Gia, ever heard of a normal conversation?"

"Ok ok, point taken, we'll stop. The next step is to go to Gosei with this and try to figure it out." She responded.

"Ha! That's funny." Jake piped up, "This being the freaky tiki who just gave us powers and shoved us into battle. Who didn't tell us about Robo Knight. Who barely gave us advice. And we're gonna go to HIM?"

"He gave us powers and he can darn well take them away." Noah reminded him, "He wouldn't of chosen us if he didn't want us specifically to fight the bad guys. So, we should at least try."

The conversation continued to linger on. Their voices were loud, but could not be heard from the backyard. Outside of the living room, someone was standing in the corner and made sure to hide their face. She blinked a few times before moving away and having her back against the wall. A sigh escaped her lips as she was aware of what she had to do. Not tonight, tomorrow. What? She felt it was better this way. After all, why not let her fellow guests have the satisfaction of thinking their secret was not let loose?
