22. Narcissa Malfoy
I realize we know virtually nothing about this woman, but what we know is pretty incredible. She has had to deal with a borderline ( if not literally) abusive husband who drags her into causes that she doesn't seem to support. She's a part of the Black family originally, which we all know was evil and very dysfunctional. And then there's Bellatrix. Anything resembling a relationship with her can't be healthy. But through it all, her goal has been to protect her son, who she clearly loves more than life itself. Her love for Draco is what helps her to put up with Lucius, and ultimately it leads her to tell the Death Eaters that Harry is dead, without which the plan would not have worked. I don't think she's really invested in the Death Eater cause, I just think she got caught up with some really bad people. But in the end, she's just a woman desperate to protect her son at all costs and I genuinely love that.
