Construct: Reverse Eclipse

"Look all of you are high rank, your in the CTF now, Your color is platinum!" He exclaims, in the background painters are replacing the red colors on our constructs with platinum coloring. Night bane is grey with platinum. Dawn Breaker is white with platinum. Gryphon is Gold and platinum. Hydra, Vey's construct, is a snowy white, grey, and platinum. And my Ragnarok is Black and Platinum.

"Nothing like a new paint job to help welcome you guys!" the General says.

"Umm thanks?" I respond Question: why he is being so nice to us. I think, When they said army I thought It was more like your superiors yelled at you all the time and you had to do hard labor every day! I suppose that's just a stereotype then...thank god!

"Look, your a special operations team! You and I are gonna be working together a lot, I want you to think of my as your friend!" He states once again.

"I'm down you seem pretty nice!" Zero walks forward and shakes the general's hand.

"I'm with Zero..." Kaname says walking up to the general.

"What are you gonna do?" Vey and Yukka ask me at the same time.

"Fine, I can't see the harm!" I walk up to him and shake his hand.

"Great now that I have you guys on board we can go meet the other ops team!" He says, walking through the door, "The ship is gonna take off soon, let's get into a gravity controlled environment!"

We wait in an ornate room. After barely feeling the ship lifting off of the moon, the general told us to wait in here and that he would go get the other team. Suddenly the door opens and 2 guys and a girl walk in with the general. The 2 guys where black suits, one has white eyes, which are stark contrast to him midnight hair. The other guy has black hair and crimson colored eyes. The girl has long red hair and red eyes, she is wearing a jean jacket that hangs down at her elbows, short jean shorts, and a tank top with the words, Ace pilot Written on it.

I walk up to the guy with the same rank as me on his suit, which isn't a uniform, and offer my hand to him, "Nice to meet you I hope we can be friends!"

He slaps my hand away, "I know all about you Karl! Hell if i'm gonna be friends with a novice like you! You just join the CTF today and your already leading a special ops team? Right no one is that good! You didn't work for your rank, and I don't care to have a friend thats not going to survive the 7 minutes of death of the battlefield!" He stops, bows to the general and walks out.

The other guy turns to me and says, "You don't deserve your rank yet!" and walks out after the leader.

Before I can speak the girl looks at me and says, "No way you could ever be better than Neigell! Rei was right! You don't deserve your rank at all!" She follows the other 2 out. The general scratches his head.

"They aren't usually like this, they get along with everyone else just fine..." He shrugs, "The truth is they are a ragtag group...The Leader, Neigell followed his dad's footsteps and rose from being a grunt to the same rank you are now. The other guy, Rei, was experimented on as a kid and was scared because of it," I wince at that remembering fragments of something i had hoped to forget, "and the Girl, Canae, follows Neigell around and practically mauls anyone who gets him upset....and all three of them refuse to wear their uniforms, all we can them to do is wear their names and ranks."

"Well, we aren't that bad! I'm sure they'll come around eventually." I stare off in the direction they left in.

"Yeah, if they try to get along with us they can," Yukka looks at me brightly.
