*Louis’ POV*

“Do you believe in love at first sight?” I asked Marcia. Something about this girl captivated me. She was absolutely beautiful. She had these sparkling brown eyes with long brown hair that went straight down her back.

Obviously, I hate it when any of my fans hurt themselves and I want to help all of them. But something about this girl made me want to do more than help. I barely even knew her, yet I wanted to reach out to her and take away all her problems. She was too beautiful to hurt herself. She deserved happiness, I could tell.

She was clearly thrilled to be meeting myself and the other 4 lads, but I could see a hint of sadness in her eyes that told me she had a real reason to be hurting herself, that she needed someone’s help.

Despite the sadness I could see in her eyes, her facial expressions were pure joy. She looked like she wanted to cry. “Can..can I hug you again?” she choked out. I bite back a chuckle and pulled her into my arms again. She started to cry against my shoulder.

I smiled to myself. “Hey, it’s okay. You don’t have to cry. I got ya…” My smile faded as I realized how badly I wanted to help this girl. I was sure it was just more than cutting herself. Something else had to be wrong. “Would you like to grab something to eat with me?” It was probably close to midnight, but I didn’t care. I wanted to be able to talk to her one and one.

She broke away from my hug and looked into my eyes and nodded hesitantly. I smiled at her. “I promise I won’t bite, unless you want me to…” She actually giggled and it was the most perfect sound I had ever heard. I just made this girl giggle. I didn’t even know her name for crying out loud. Yet I had all these feelings built up…

I took the adorable giggle as a yes. “I don’t mean to be rude, but I completely forget to ask you what your name is, love!” She seemed to almost forget her name. I bit my lip and tried not to chuckle at her hesitation.

“My…my name is Marcia. Or you can call me Marci…” she said softly. I smiled and nodded a little. “I like it. It’s a beautiful name to match a beautiful girl.” She smiled but I could tell she wanted to faint in my arms. I tended to have this effect on girls, but I don’t mind it one bit. I love the attention. It’s flattering.

I looked over at the girl Marcia had come with. “I’m guessing she’s your friend?” I asked. She nodded and said “Best friend. Her name is Olivia” I could hear in her voice that she cared about Olivia. I had a bad feeling in the pit of my stomach that told me she might be Maricia’s only friend. The thought of that actually hurt me. This beautiful girl had an ugly story, I could feel it.

I looked at Olivia and smiled at her as she looked towards me. She smiled and I motioned her over and gave her a short hug. “It’s very nice to meet you, Olivia” I said to her. She giggled like a little girl at the sound of me saying her name. Girls were so easy to impress when you were in a world famous boy band.

“I hope you don’t mind me taking Marcia out to dinner. I know it’s an odd time but when I’m hungry, I’m hungry”

Olivia looked at Marcia, worry in her eyes. I wasn’t sure if it was because she didn’t trust me or there was something else going on. Marcia nodded as her and Olivia gave her a hug and gave me a warm smile. “It was so nice meeting you, Louis. You were amazing. Your solo in ‘Moments’ gives me goose bumps. And I love your hip thrusts.” I couldn’t help but laugh. Marcia looked like she wanted to kill her best friend, so I gave her a wink and looked back at Olivia.

“Thank you very much. I try. It was nice meeting you too, Olivia.” I gave her another hug as she gave Marcia a smile and walked away.

I looked at the beautiful girl in front of me and held out my hand. “Ready to go, beautiful?” A blush crept on her face along with a small smile as she grabbed my hand hesitantly. Her skin was so soft. I could definitely get used to it. Hopefully, I could make a real difference in this girls life; possibly even save her.
