AUGUST
TONY STARK WAS the last person Peter expected to see in his apartment. School had been long and boring and Peter had wanted nothing more than to take a long nap and facetime Tim, but those plans were quickly thrown to the side when he walked in, bag still slung across his back, to Tony Stark of all people sitting on his couch and eating Aunt May's walnut date loaf (which was terrible, by the way).
Peter was momentarily stunned, mouth embarrassingly open, until Tony noticed his presence and beckoned him closer, "Kid, we need to talk."
[TIM has opened up a text with PETE]
TIM whats cookin good lookin
PETE I am on a plane :)

PETE Wait am I allowed to text on a plane?
TIM ehhhh like yeah you're probably fine
TIM wait why are you on a plane
PETE Just a fun trip

Tim stared at his phone for a moment, the contact picture he had chosen for Peter staring back up at him. It was the first photo Peter had ever sent to him, half asleep and disheveled. He looked a little older now, more serious. Was Peter about to break up with him?
