Chapter 1: Long Time No See

*Dipper's POV*

Throwing my bag in the backseat, I motioned Mabel to get in quickly. As we started driving, that's when she really became concerned.

"Dipper, what the hell is going on?"

I speed up a bit, scared to tell her what Great Uncle Ford had sent me a letter of. I sigh, giving into Mabel's questions.

"Great Uncle Ford wants us back in Gravity Falls, immediately. He says it's important. He didn't give me a reason, only that we should leave as soon as possible."

Mabel nods, not questioning me anymore.

When me and Mabel stop at a gas station, we eat at a diner and fill up the gas tank. We buy a few snacks and head out. I texted mom and dad that we were going on a road trip so they wouldn't worry just in case they came by to visit.

When I had came out to them last year as gay, they said they didn't care, but I could tell it really bothered them. They treated me different. They even started beating me and verbally abusing me. They made me feel like a freak and an outcast. I moved out sooner than I planned on, so I had to fend for myself. Mabel accepted me with open arms. Even though Mabel knew I was partially into guys, she appreciated that I had confirmed her theory.

Me and Mabel hadn't been to Gravity Falls in over 10 years, so we were pretty nervous when we saw the Gravity Falls welcoming sign.

"Dipper! Mabel!" we heard our great uncles yell from the shack. After they had returned from their adventure around the world, the decided to come back five years later after Soos went to get married to Melody.

"Hey Gruncle Stan, hey Great Uncle Ford." I said as I headed upstairs to put my stuff into place. When I was done unpacking, Great Uncle Ford texted me to go to the basement. I went to the gift shop. After I made sure that the gift shop was clear, I entered the code into the vending machine and went towards Great Uncle Ford's lab. He was inspecting a silver sphere.

"You called for me Ford?" I said as I stepped closer to him and the sphere.

"Dipper, I don't know how to say this, so I'm just going to come out and say it."

He hesitates for a few minutes and just says it.

"I believe I've detected some weirdness phenomenons near Bill's statue. I need you to investigate it. I can't because I believe that this silver sphere has something to do with him. I found it near his statue. So, can I trust you to investigate?"

I nod and head upstairs to my room. I start freaking out over the reality that Bill might be back. Would he take over Gravity Falls again? I question everything as I feel somebody breathe down my neck. I freeze where I'm standing, too scared to turn around.

"Long time no see, Pinetree."

I turn around quickly to see Bill. He's human? He's pretty much a skyscraper to me. He has a black eye patch over his right eye. He has a long yellow tailcoat with a brick pattern. He has golden blonde hair flipped to one side, covering his right eye. He has two black pierced ears and a small floating top hat. He's kinda hot. I hear Bill laugh.

"Why thank you Pinetree. I could say the same about you too."

He scans my body up and down while I look away, blushing like crazy. I forgot he could read minds.

"B-bill, how're you still alive? We destroyed you. You shouldn't be here anyways. We cast a protection spell around the shack."

"Geez, kid, calm down. What is this, 21 questions?"
