Taeyong huffed and got up on his tiptoes, looking over the sea of people to find the bar. The best he could do was drink right now. He pushed through drunk people and sat on the vacant seat right in the middle of all the chairs. He knew he looked great- everyone around him was staring at him, obviously lusting after him. Although Taeyong loved attention, their gazes were reminding him of the stripper club. He had to drink and he had to do it right now.

He didn't have to waste any of his money on alcohol, thankfully, because the girl next to him had already bought a drink for him without asking. Taeyong almost rolled his eyes at her, but he wanted to be nice. After all, the girl didn't know.

''What's your name?'' the girl smirked, confident. ''You're cute.''

''I like your confidence, but I don't think we can be together,'' Taeyong said, trying to be as nice as possible. ''Thank you for the drink though.''

''What?'' the girl seemed disappointed. It was probably her first time getting rejected, judging from her pretty face. ''Why?''

''I'm not into girls.''

The girl's face turned a very impressive red. ''Oh my god, I'm so sorry. Seriously, I had no idea. I should've guessed, though, from your clothes.''

''It's fine,'' Taeyong waved it off. The girl nodded awkwardly and left the bar. Taeyong still wanted to drink, so he ordered a few shots.

After a few shots, Taeyong was already getting dizzy. He slammed his hand on the counter, licking his lips as he made direct eye contact with the bartender who was blushing more and more each second.

''Hey, bartender,'' Taeyong slurred, clenched hand on the counter. He smiled at the girl, making her blush even more. ''Give me another shot.''

She worked quickly, giving him another shot of the bitter alcohol. It was the same drink Taeyong had ordered before. Taeyong didn't know what it was but it was bright, colorful and very strong. Now that he was thinking about it, a bartender at a house party was unusual. Even if the house wasn't Johnny's, he'd have to have much more money than the usual university student to hire a bartender. Or maybe the girl was another university student who worked for less to get hired more and make lunch money. Or-

Taeyong's thoughts were interrupted when he heard a loud voice. ''Hey, twink,'' a drunk tall girl called, words slurred. ''Stop acting like a hetero. Everyone knows you're gay.''

Taeyong turned, eyeing the girl with narrowed eyes. She was talking to him. She was weirdly familiar but that didn't stop him from responding.

''Shut the fuck up, you look like you were hit by a truck twice, got your face all messed up and then tried to fix it but it didn't work,'' Taeyong knew it wasn't a good enough of a comeback and also a complete lie because the girl was very pretty, but he was drunk and couldn't bother.

Taeyong noticed that Seulgi was standing next to the tall girl who was close to crying, trying to drag her away.

''S-shut up, twink!''

''Oh hey, Seulgi,'' he called, smiling at the older girl. Seulgi smiled back, seeming troubled. The tall girl fainted, much to her horror. Taeyong stopped paying attention to them when Seulgi started to drag the girl away.

''God Sooyoung, you're such a pain in the ass,'' she shouted at the girl, disappearing into the crowd. Taeyong smiled at the bartender yet again and asked for another shot. He was painfully drunk and he didn't seem to know it. But the girl obviously did- she looked at him uneasily.

''I don't think you should-''

''Just give me another!'' Taeyong whined, slamming his head on the counter. He felt like vomiting. The bartender looked around, worried. ''Is there anyone who could take him home?''
