Taeyong woke up in the greatest state he'd been in a while.

His headache from yesterday was gone completely and had left its place to a weird feeling- a feeling Taeyong had never felt before. He couldn't stop smiling and his heart felt like it was being squeezed. Everything that had happened yesterday felt like a dream but Taeyong knew nothing was. It was very much reality- a reality Taeyong couldn't get out of his head.

He couldn't seem to get Jaehyun out of his head. Wherever Taeyong looked, he saw something that reminded him of the tall brunette. His shampoo's smell reminded of how good the man had smelled, his hairbrush made Jaehyun's brown hair pop into Taeyong's brain, his coat-

He had to stop.

''You don't even know him,'' Taeyong muttered to himself as he slurped his ramen. ''You've never-''

He coughed and dropped his chopsticks on the table. He had almost choked thinking of Jaehyun. Taeyong huffed, his appettite completely ruined.

''Whatever,'' he sighed and threw the unfinished ramen away, pouting to himself. Not only had Jaehyun ruined his appetite, but he also wasted ramen.

Yeah, it was totally Jaehyun who did all that. It wasn't Taeyong at all.

Taeyong stopped pouting when he heard his phone buzz. He quickly cleaned his chopsticks and put them away, opening his phone right after. It was Yuta. He was asking where he was. Taeyong texted back saying he was at home. The only response he got was 'k'. Taeyong rolled his eyes at the short reply- he hated when someone replied to him with a mere 'k'. There were so many nicer ways of saying 'okay' but Yuta never understood that.

Taeyong was about to throw himself on the couch and not move until his class started when the door was knocked on. He huffed and tiptoed to the door, looking through the peephole.

It was Yuta.

Taeyong opened the door, mouth open in shock upon seeing his best friend. ''What the-''

Yuta pushed past him, not giving him the chance to talk. Taeyong followed him, trying to match hs fast steps.

''I can't believe you, Taeyong! You broke your promise!'' Yuta shouted from the kitchen. Taeyong bit his lip, nervous. Yuta was looking straight into his eyes with the most horribly judging expression ever.

''What?'' Taeyong tried to play innocent, even though he knew it would never work on Yuta.

''You know exactly  what, Lee Taeyong,'' Yuta put one hand on his waist and pointed at the ramen packaging on the counter, as dramatic as ever. ''You promised me you'd eat proper meals and look at what you're doing. I don't approve of this at all and as you remember very well, nor does Taeil hyung.''

''Look I'm sorry, I'm just a broke student with no allowance,'' Taeyong pouted, doe eyes widening. He didn't miss Yuta's disgusted expression but he paid no mind to it. ''Forgive me, please?''

Yuta pulled a face at him. ''Ugh wait-'' Taeyong pouted harder, fluttering his long lashes. ''Ew, what are you doing? You're not cute,'' Yuta deadpanned. Taeyong stopped immediately, groaning as he cringed at himself. ''I'll forgive you on one condition.''

Taeyong already knew this wouldn't end well, but no matter what stupid condition Yuta gave him it couldn't be worse than the Japanese man's insufferable grudge. And the man knew that, hence his stupidly big smirk.
