Dun Dun Dun
Faint screams ring out as people run,
Trying to save their lives in despair
As explosions echo in the sooty air.
The genocide of a thousand hundred
Stains the streets with a violent bloodshed
The agony and the cries of the helpless
Echoes through alleys with a bitter caress
Bleeding hearts grieve,
Seeking aid. Seeking relief.
But tragic is their fate!
Because with devastating circumstances are they met
Murky smoke fills the atmosphere,
As the land gets burned with petrol gear
Innocent loved ones are granted for slaughter
While raping is saved for their sister and daughter
They watch their parents being massacred, with eyes full of tears
Yet, Bravehearts hold their grounds, without any unwavering fear
They weep, they burn, they break, they starve, they bleed.
Yet, the barbarous world only knows it's selfishness and it's greed.
This goes on for months, day after day
But everyone around avoids it, without any say
They choose to be silent, too coward
Instead of lending any helping hand and marching forward.
History repeats. World's full of ruthless souls
Coldblooded we are, hearts dark as coal,
Education has no value, no matter how many schools we enroll
Because humanity is gone from the world and cruelty is out of control.
But Patience O' soul, have faith and hope
Life's never straight. It's full of bumpy slopes,
Freedom will come to you,
For now, just wait and pursue.
A great test it is, with struggles difficult to bear
But the reward is sweet, worth this living nightmare.
So, don't get dejected, you're always guarded in our prayer
Things will get better, it's Allah's promise, a holy declare.
