Incarnate

Prologue

Long ago, when humans were born, their were humans with abilities not like the others, they were known as Incarnates. Incarnates were known to protect the Normals from reoccurring evils known as the Shadows, beings that feed off of negative energy produced by the normals. There were 7 Incarnate who weren't like the others, they were immortal and could change their age at will. They were known as the main Incarnates. They were the Incarnates of Fire, Water, Earth, Air, Purity, Impurity, and the Universe. The Incarnate of the universe acts as a spokesperson for the one who created humanity. The Incarnate of Fire holds the power of destruction, Water holds emotion, Earth holds strength, Air holds knowledge, Purity holds positivity, Impurity holds negativity. One day, the Incarnate of Impurity started to crave power, and became one with the Shadows. He ravaged through towns and killed many Normals and Incarnates. The remaining six had to seal the Incarnate of Impurity away, but the seal was only temporary, for the Incarnate of Impurity would soon return to reek havoc once more. The normals felt that, because of the Incarnate of Impurity's actions, they could no longer be safe, so they made a law to turn in any Incarnate to the authorities for they were deemed dangerous. Many minor Incarnates were captured and killed, but the main Incarnates went into hiding, never to be seen again. Incarnates are not created by a single gene, but chosen randomly by the Universe itself to be an Incarnate. Basically a two Normals could have an Incarnate, or two Incarnates could have a Normal. Normals later created a device to protect themselves from the Shadows as they lived their daily lives, but what they don't know is that other Incarnates are secretly protecting the Normals to this day.
